Welcome

Hi, my name is James Tolchard, and I welcome you to my blog. I have been a researcher for over three decades. I love the human system, with its processes of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I never cease to be amazed at the power we, human beings, have to make our lives what we want them to be when we know HOW.

My journey started in 1980. I had an accomplished life, or existence, doing what I thought was the proper way of life. I had played the “game” as defined by a society I thought I knew. This way of life, and its rewards, had not brought me the promised satisfaction. I had all the outer accoutrements but certainly not the inner satisfaction to carry me through the rest of my life.

So, I changed my focus from the processes and tools of the outer world to seek, and find, the processes and tools of the inner world of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I wanted to find out how I could change my life, and did so. All my life, I have focused on the nuts and bolts of how things work. I like to work with, and improve mechanics and functions for desired results. I have done the same with my studies of human experience, and the processes of the mind. I read hundreds of books from various pioneers, and explored more than 50 disciplines from around the world.I learned, and put my learning into action, by digging deeper and deeper into the specific processes of thought, feeling and behavior. I developed innovative techniques, experimented with and tested them, with the sole focus of obtaining desired results for myself and others. I succeeded! And now I’m writing this blog to share my experiences with you.

This blog “Self, Mind, Ego demystified Series”, is about the discoveries my partner, Guylaine Tolchard, and I have made, the insights we’ve had, the models we created, and the techniques we developed. It is filled with information you can use to enrich your life. It contains techniques you can apply to your everyday life. I have also included some mentoring posts for you to meditate on, and case studies for you to learn from. In the case studies, all names and locations have been changed to protect the privacy of my clients.

I’m writing this blog as a series; each post builds from the prior one. You can start with post #1 and follow the series, or you can read the posts of your interest; I have categorized them in such a way to ease your search.

I hope you take the journey with me, and enjoy the information and tools I offer you in the Self, Mind, Ego demystified blog series. Learn more about the work my partner and I do, visit www.GlobalProcessology.com.

The Beginning

1. The Processes of Thought

Have you ever thought, in depth, about the “how” of thinking? Most people I ask that question to don’t answer yes or no; they just stare at me. The activity of thinking is something most people don’t think about. They are too busy “thinking” to think about “thinking.” Yet, the activity of thinking should require our utmost attention....

35. The Nature of Personal Reality

In the early 1980s, another great learning curve came my way to satisfy my curiosity about how we human beings create our personal experiences and realities. For this eye-opener I owe credit to The Nature Of Personal Reality, by Jane Roberts. Belief systems are the key. No news here, right? It's been said for decades that what you believe in will create your reality....
